There are plenty of freelance writing jobs, web design jobs, graphic design jobs, logo design jobs, and
translation jobs, to name just a few, always available
on oDesk.
See more information further below.
I joined oDesk in March 2009,
as a freelancer working from home, and I enjoy doing freelance work for clients
all over the world.
oDesk is great!
SOME TIPS FOR WORKING AS A FREELANCER THROUGH oDesk:
Take your time with your oDesk profile - get it just right before starting to apply for jobs
Spend a long time writing and formatting the perfect application letter when you do start applying for jobs
Apply for a few jobs at a time - there are many people applying who might get the work, so do not sit around waiting to
be interviewed for only one at a time, while there is other work on offer that might also suit you, that you then miss
out on.
Read the article I wrote, further up, entitled "How to get your first online
freelance job more easily" - as it's the method I used when I first joined oDesk more than 9 months ago now,
and it's the method I'm still using, and I earn a fairly decent helpful extra income from the freelance work
I do on oDesk.
Good luck!
